Deviled Eggs with Paprika and Dill

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish or to taste
  • 3 teaspoon sweet pickle juice
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Paprika
  • Fresh Dill

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Slice through ½ of each boiled egg and carefully remove egg yolk, using a spoon.

Step 2

Mix egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, dill pickle, horseradish, pickle juice, salt and pepper together in a bowl.

Step 3

Fill a piping bag or a plastic bag with a corner snipped with egg yolk mixture and pipe the mixture into a hollowed egg whites.

Step 4

Garnish with paprika and fresh dill.
