Low Carb Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-raising flour, plus extra for kneading
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons bagel seasonings (optional)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475F. Place a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to the side.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add yogurt and mix about five minutes until a doughball forms, and lay the dough out on a floured surface.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll each ball into a rope and join the ends to form a bagel shape.

Step 4

Lay the bagel dough on the baking sheet. Brush with the egg whites, and sprinkle with your optional seasonings or leave plain.

Step 5

Bake for 10-14 minutes or until the bagels are golden brown and done.
