Caramel Sundae Topping

Ingredients

• ¼ cup butter
• 1¼ cups packed brown sugar
• 16 large marshmallows
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 1 dash salt
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• ½ cup chopped pecans, toasted
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in brown sugar, marshmallows, corn syrup and salt.

Step 2

Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute.

Step 3

Remove from heat. Cool for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in evaporated milk, pecans and vanilla. Mix well.
