Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2¼ cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups grated zucchini, with skin
• 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. and grease and flour two 8×4-inch pans.

Step 2

Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon together.

Step 3

Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 4

Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes, then remove bread from pan and allow to completely cool.
