Egg Salad Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- ½ red onion, minced
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place eggs in saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 2
Remove eggs from hot water, cool, peel and chop.
Step 3
Place chopped eggs in bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, dill and onions. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir and serve on your favorite bread.
