Easy Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Optional coatings: cocoa powder, crushed nuts, sugar powder, coconut shavings.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
In large saucepan melt chocolate ships with sweetened condensed milk.
Step 2
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to medium bowl and cover and chill 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
Step 4
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Optional: roll in desired coatings.
Step 5
Refrigerate in tightly covered dish.
