Dark Chocolate Almond Bites
- ½ cup almonds, crushed into chunks
- 7 ounces dark chocolate chips (50% cacao)
Step by Step Instructions
Spread almonds in large skillet; toast almonds over medium heat until staring to brown. Pour almonds into bowl.
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down sides to avoid scorching, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour in almonds and stir until evenly coated.
Drop spoonsful of chocolate-almond mixture onto plate lined with wax paper.
Chill until set, about 10 minutes.
