Mary’s Sweets is now offering the finest Arabica coffee blends brought from our farms to your hands.
My middle name comes from my grandmother Etta. Spelled backwards, it is the Spanish abbreviation meaning “Sincerely yours.” ATTE. COFFEE is the inspiration for this beautifully rich gourmet coffee. These choice Arabica beans have endured a long journey from exotic lands and have been carefully designed and roasted with you in mind. ATTE. COFFEE is presented to you for enjoying each and every sip with family and friends.
ATTE. COFFEE supports Direct Trade.
Direct trade is a term used by coffee roasters who buy straight from the growers, cutting out both the traditional middleman buyers and sellers.

Medium roasts are heated from 410 °F – 430 °F, just before the beginning of the “second crack.” They are medium brown in color and have more body than light roasts. They also don’t have oil on the surface of the beans but their taste is more balanced and less acidic. They contain less caffeine than light roasts but more than dark roasts. Common names are Regular Roast, American Roast (the traditional roast in the eastern United States, roasted to the end of the first crack), City Roast (medium brown, a typical roast throughout the US), and Breakfast Roast.
